Q: Is CrossFit safe for beginners over 40? A: Yes. Most of our athletes did not start as athletes, and many started in their 40s, 50s, and beyond. Every workout at CrossFit Mokena is coach led, and your coach adjusts the workout to fit your current fitness level and any limitations you have. You are never asked to keep up with anyone else. Your first class is free, and you can book it here: https://go.streamfit.com/embed/memberships/142/317
Q: What happens in a first CrossFit class? A: Arrive about 10 minutes early so we can meet you and show you around. Bring workout clothes, workout shoes, and a water bottle. The coach walks the whole class through a warm up, teaches the movements for that day, adjusts them for you, and stays with the class through the workout. Nobody expects you to know anything before you walk in. Book your free first class here: https://go.streamfit.com/embed/memberships/142/317

Q: I have an injury or a limitation. Can the workouts be adjusted for me? A: Yes. Our coaches do this in every class, for everything from new knees to bad backs to just getting started again.
Q: How many days a week should I come? A: Three days a week is a great place to start, and it is our most popular membership. As your fitness builds, unlimited classes are there when you want more. Rest days are part of the plan, not a problem.
