WOD: A WOD class consists of a coach directed warm up, a strength and/or skill component, and the daily WOD - workout of the day.  (Times displayed in BLUE)

Open Gym: Open gym is from 9-10:30am Sunday morning.  Members can come in during this time to work on gymnastics skills, Olympic lifts, make up missed WODs, or focus on mobility.  A coach is present for help during open gym.  (Time displayed in RED)

Monday: 6am, 7am, 9am, 3:30, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm 

Tuesday: 6am, 7am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm

Wednesday: 9am, 3:30, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm

Thursday: 6am, 7am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm

Friday: 6am, 7am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Saturday: 9am

Sunday: 9am-10:30am Open Gym
